By downloading, installing, or using Undercover ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Undercover is a workplace stress management tool that provides:
• Target management for tracking workplace frustrations
• Anger level tracking with gamified interactions
• Diagnostic report generation
• Weekly settlement and history tracking
• Personnel records and talisman collection system
The App is intended for entertainment and personal stress relief purposes only.
• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You agree NOT to:
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Share diagnostic reports publicly to defame or embarrass colleagues
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features
• Target names and aliases you create are your responsibility
• We do not verify or endorse any content you create within the App
• You retain ownership of your data
• We may anonymize and aggregate data for analytics purposes
• Some features may require in-app purchases
• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the App will meet your specific requirements
• The accuracy of diagnostic reports (they are generated for entertainment)
The App is NOT a substitute for professional mental health services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
