Undercover ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
We collect information you provide directly:
• Email address and display name at registration
• Target management data (names, aliases, anger levels)
• Salary configuration data
• Weekly report and settlement history
• Personnel records and talisman collection progress
We do NOT collect: location data, contact lists, photos or media files, or health/fitness data.
Your data is used solely to provide app functionality:
• Authenticate your account
• Sync your targets, reports, and settings across devices
• Generate diagnostic reports and weekly summaries
• Track your career progression within the app
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
• Data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text
• Authentication uses JWT tokens with expiration
• Local data is persisted via encrypted device storage
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account
• Account deletion permanently removes all associated data from our servers
• Local device data can be cleared from Settings → Clear All Data
• We retain no backups of deleted account data
We use the following third-party services:
• Sentry — crash and error reporting for app stability
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase processing
• Google AdMob — advertising (banner and rewarded video ads)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution and payment processing
These services may collect anonymous usage data per their own privacy policies.
We display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings. We request non-personalized ads by default.
This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app.
